4. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Power Yard Supply is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
